If a match is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, server problems, or any other reasons deemed valid by the administration, the entry fee paid by the user will be fully refunded to their wallet in the app within 24 hours.
In the event that the match result is not declared within 2 hours of the match completion time due to technical difficulties or any other reasons, the entry fee will be refunded to the user's wallet. The administration will make every effort to resolve such issues promptly to minimize delays.
Once the match results are declared and winners are determined, users can withdraw their winnings from the app. The withdrawal process may take up to 3 business days to complete. Users will be notified via email or app notification once the withdrawal request is processed.
Refunds will be credited to the user's wallet in the app. Users can use the refunded amount to participate in future matches or withdraw it to their linked bank account. Refunds cannot be processed to a different payment method.
This refund policy does not apply if a match is interrupted or cancelled due to the user's actions, including but not limited to network disconnections, device failures, or violations of the app's terms of service.
